How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Many items are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. The ship time of your packages depends on the items you select. Once all your items reach our shipping location your order will be packaged for shipment.  Because our complete inventory is well over 160,000 different products many of the items we offer for sale on our website are stored in remote locations. When you place an order the items are ordered in from those remote locations, gathered together at the shipping warehouse, and then shipped to you. When you are shopping on the website you will see a processing time for each item listed right below the add to cart button. This processing time is the approximate number of business days it takes a particular item to arrive here at the shipping location. The overall ship time for your order is dictated by the item with the longest processing time.

The Premium Ground surcharge, if chosen, does not speed up processing time in our warehouse as stated when the Premium shipping option is selected during checkout. The surcharge only speeds up package time in transit to your home by FedEx or USPS Priority mail. 

We ship Monday to Friday from our shipping location in Hazleton, PA. Small orders weighing less than 2 lbs are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Larger Orders are sent Fedex Ground, FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Home Delivery. Orders ship to the East Coast generally take 1-5 business days, orders to the Mid-West and West Coast take 4-10 business days.

Currently we ship to CANADA on Tuesday and Friday. All packages ready for shipment before 2pm on Wednesdays are included in that weeks shipment. After it leaves our building, eastern Canada arrives in about 4-6 business days while western Canada is about 6-10 business days.

All international orders are sent via the US Postal Service or FedEx and take from 1-6 weeks.  Shipping rates shown in cart for international orders are only an estimate. Final charges will be applied upon actual shipment of item(s). Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA and CANADA

What if I don't like what I bought or decide I don't want an item I buy?

You are welcome to return the item in new condition under our 30 Day Return Policy we will refund your purchase price less shipping. We will not pay for return shipping. Please be advised that you are responsible for using proper packaging and purchasing insurance at the post office when returning an item to us. If the item is not received back or is received in non-re-sellable condition, we will not issue a refund. All Returns must be received within 30 days after the sale has been made. No exceptions.

If you purchased this item on a site other than here (eBay or Amazon, i.e.) the terms and conditions of that website should be referenced.

What if I made a mistake when ordering and want to exchange the item?

You shipped my item, but I never got it in the mail, HELP!

Please wait a minimum of 2 weeks for orders sent to a US address, 3 weeks for Canadian order or 6 weeks for International orders before action is taken. You are, of course, welcome to contact Customer Service for additional assistance.

You screwed up and sent my package to someone else!

Oops, we are sorry if we messed up your address. Occasionally due to our large order volume we make this simple error. We will gladly resend your product if you contact Customer Service explaining what happened and to whom the order should have gone.

You sent me the wrong items, now what?

We are sorry for this picking error. Please contact Customer Service and we will send out the correct product and arrange with you the return of the incorrect items if warranted.

Out of Stock

Occasionally we may run low on certain items due to delays from our suppliers or miscalculations of our stock, in this case a refund shall be issued for any item that cannot be shipped within 30 days. Exceptions can be made if the item will be available for shipment within a reasonable extension of 30 days or unless directed by you.

Our website is updated daily with prices, product selections, descriptions and inventory availability. Every effort is made to keep this information accurate to ensure that products you purchase online are the products you receive in the mail. However; we are human and computers have bugs. Although rare, typographical errors and computer glitches may happen. We reserve the right to cancel any order or any offer at our sole discretion. We prosecute criminals! We have installed advanced order fraud and hacker intrusion detection systems to catch criminal activity on our website. We work with local, national and international law enforcement agencies to prosecute fraud including but not limited to: Stolen credit cards, fraudulent money orders, mail order scams, product return scams, hacking attempts, phishing attempts, and telephone / wire fraud. Dont be our next investigation.
